What is a hotel day experience?
It is daytime access to a hotel's pool, beach, spa, restaurant or activities, for the hours that venue sells, without booking a room for the night.
Do I need to stay at the hotel?
No. Day experiences are for guests staying somewhere else. A venue decides whether it offers them and on which dates.
What exactly is included?
It differs by venue and by experience. The venue's page lists the inclusions, the hours and anything that costs extra, before you choose.
How do I know if my date is available?
Choose your date in Explore and the venue's live availability for that day is shown with the price. If a date is closed, the venue has closed it.
How does check-in work?
Your confirmation includes the arrival instructions and the code the venue scans or checks at the desk. Bring the confirmation with you.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellation rules belong to the venue and are shown before you continue. Follow the terms attached to your booking.
