How listing works

We’ll help you get set up, while you stay in control of the decisions.

  1. 1

    Tell us about the property

Send us the venue, the hours you can sell, and what a guest that day would actually get. A short call is enough to start.

  2. 2

We set the day up with you

Your experiences, sessions, capacity, prices and terms are configured with you, then reviewed before anything is published.

  3. 3

You go live and take bookings

Guests book the dates you opened. You see them in your staff view and check them in with the code they arrive with.

Your rules stay your rules

What hoteliers ask us

Clear answers to the questions venue teams ask most.

Does this take bookings away from our room nights?

Day access sells hours a room cannot: mid-morning to late afternoon, weekdays and shoulder season. You set how much day capacity exists, and you can close it whenever overnight occupancy matters more.

Who handles the money?

You do. Guests settle with you at the venue, on your own terms, and DayGreece does not take card details or move money between us in this release.

Can we keep our own branding?

Yes. Your listing uses your venue name, your photographs and your terms. Guests are booking your property and your day.

What happens if the weather turns?

You define the weather rules and record the conditions; DayGreece does not guess the forecast. When a rule fires, the decision on the affected bookings stays with your staff.

What does it cost?

The commercial terms are agreed with you before anything is published, and nothing is charged until you have agreed them in writing. See the pricing page for what the agreement covers.

How long does setup take?

One working session, usually. Bring your hours, your prices and your photographs; the rest is configuration we do with you.
